Our fearless leader Eugenio came to the states from Italy in 2005 and decided to join the A&D community from the product offering side. A passionate, enthusiastic visionary who believes in teamwork and relationships launched Elm Surfaces in 2019 following his true American Dream.
Kelsey has a degree in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. She started her experience with porcelain tile in New York City, where she lived for four years, and then moved back to the midwest. Kelsey loves being part of this team and is always looking for creative solutions for our customers! At home, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby boy, born in February 2021.
Nikki graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Harrington College of Design in Interior Design. She began working in the porcelain tile sales industry out of college and built her career in the sales industry and creating relationships with designers and architects. Married to her high school sweetheart, they have twin boys and a little girl for whom she loves cooking and baking.
With seventeen years of experience in the industry, Jenny is a powerful force in the workplace. She uses a positive attitude to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is inspired daily by her husband, daughter, and the new addition coming to her family.
Claudia joined our ELM team in July of 2021, she is a motivated, hardworking, and reliable team player with 15+ years of experience in Customer Service. She takes great pride in her work and is always looking to help others by going the extra mile.
Micaela graduated with a degree in psychology from the University of Missouri in May of 2022. She is passionate about expanding her knowledge in this industry and she is eager to create meaningful connections within as well as outside of ELM Surfaces. In her free time, Micaela enjoys going for walks outside, baking, and spending time with friends and family.
Born and raised in Kentucky, Emily graduated with her Bachelors in Business and Leadership at St. Norbert College. Her love for design goes hand in hand with her interest in custom surfaces. She has had the pleasure of working in the design industry for the past five years, three of which she has served the Chicago design community. She is a current River North Design District board member as their New Member Chair. Besides her love for design, Emily is always ready for adventure. You can find her training for a marathon, traveling, or on the hunt for the best Aperol Spritz in Chicago.

Chandell, who hails from Chicago, is an army veteran and a proud graduate of the University of Indiana, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Political Science. Along his journey, he has developed a strong appreciation for both philosophy and data. He kicks things off each day with the same inspiring quote: “A river cuts through a rock not because of its power, but because of its persistence.”
Reed graduated with a degree in Business Marketing from Augustana College in 2015. He began his career in the design industry with a prominent architecture firm in Chicago before transitioning to sales. With a strong background in relationship-building, Reed leverages his experience in sales to foster meaningful connections and ensure successful outcomes for every project. He firmly believes that collaboration and trust between designer and manufacturer are key to achieving the best results. Outside of work, Reed enjoys reading, running and spending quality time with his friends and family.
